[microsound] Clearing out Protools Session Backups

I figure some of you guys must have come up against the issue too, so
I'd be really grateful if anybody knows a tidy/quick solution -
Protools saves loads of mid-session backups, which is great, but
becomes a bit of a pain to keep on top of. I'm looking for a script
(or similar) to keep a watch on all the protools session backup
folders on our file system and periodically clear out all files over a
certain age (say over 7 days old).

Anybody got any ideas?
