Google is our friend. 15 minutes on it gave me the following information:

The author of the text is Trond Lossius and the author of the design
is Cedric Alet. This was done around late 2005 and early 2006.

Cedric is also the owner of http://www.jerevequejedors.com, and also
designed the "Laptop music is dead" microsound t-shirt.
