events in western Canada in spring 2017 with a 
broadcast of the winning works from the 18th 
edition of JTTP coordinated by the CEC. 
GroundSwell Radio in Winnipeg is an initiative of 
GroundSwell, Manitoba's only series dedicated to 
presenting contemporary music.
