SOUNDLIFE CHAPTER 4: INTERMISSION (NOISEPHASE)
Chapter Four from Soundlife of Slavek Kwi, radio-series

This is fourth instalment of another soundOrganism destined for
Framework radio. These Soundscapes contains sequences triggered by my
very ordinary and extraordinary soundEnvironments, which includes also
creative-process-fragments from Sounday*s and spoken or sang thoughts.

Today, 5.11.2016, was my first Sounday* since July. I relocated then to
eastern Clare, closer to western Atlantic coast of Ireland. We love it
here. For the moment we are spending a lot of time renovating and
updating house. We have here even separated studios from converted
double-garage, wonderful prospects!

Obviously, in this piece are many recordings from works in our new home:
you can hear variations on industrial-like and machine sounds; such as
of drilling, cutting, scratching, painting, hammering and its
surroundings. In between I managed somehow to visit Museo Vostell
Malpartida near Caceres in Spain for a performance (here are hidden
recordings from there: will you find it, Alberto Flores?) and also to
collaborate with young poet Seamus Barra O'Suilleabhain - who writes
(and recites) in Gaelic - you will notice various segments from this
process, including Kwiboys singing with my live set-up and fragment from
live recordings in Tivoli Backstage in Dublin during IMRAM festival
directed by Liam Carson.

Voices:
Pops (my father in law) humming and whistling while helping us with
painting, Seamus Barra O'Suilleabhain improvising with his words, little
fragment from Liam Carson's introduction of concert, Kwiboys running
around and laughing and yelling and singing while listening CD-walkmans
in the car, Jakwi in english and Jokwi in czech ... and Kwi-senior
reciting text “aboutCulture” written by
Molly Vienka Harrison.

For all my friends, unfriends and not friends yet. Many thanks to
Patrick - for continuous support of Soundlife series.

*Sounday is singular unit of Soundlife, events within are a Re_Ality
Particles.
