#512: 2015.05.17
listen to this edition here:
http://www.frameworkradio.net/2015/05/512-2015-05-17/

sometimes a show just comes together. the albums pull themselves from
the pile and the tracks arrange themselves. there's not much more i can say.

lots of soundcloud and bandcamp links in the playlist below, so lots of
chances to check out many of these artists further. sound_00's album is
available as a free download. we announced that alan courtis' works were
from an album called 'pieces', which we've since discovered to be untrue
- they're actually from a split cd with kazuya ishigami entitled
'aurantium lumino'. unfortunately we don't have ishigami's part of the
release, so we only featured alan's half (who is credited by his
oft-used moniker anla courtis). we also badly guessed on-air that
ian-john hutchinson is originally from the uk, which was a total
brain-blank, as we are actually well aware that he is originally from
new zealand.and how pleased are we to finally have an excuse to play
some charlemagne palestine? i think he mixed those found sounds into
this new album just for us.

again, we are always looking for new material, whether raw field
recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction
submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of
our guest curated framework:afield series. send proposals or material,
released or not, on any format, to the address at the bottom of this
mail. if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
