*#335: 2011.06.26*

apologies for the tardiness of this playlist and podcast - i have just
returned to the land of the living from 10 days of glastonbury festival
mud. i did manage to make one recording (and */framework/* introduction)
inside my tent at 4am, with pounding soundsystems in all directions.
i'll be gracing you with that one sometime in the coming weeks.

this edition features several works that require some explanation -
*jonathan coleclough*'s double cd release, /*flutter,*/ originates from
a site-specific installation and coming with the suggestion to listen to
both cds (unsynchronised) simultaneously, so that's what we tried to do
in this edition. and *black saturn*'s framework introduction was
actually sent to us as a video work - an interesting proposition for a
radio show, but of course all we could do to integrate it was extract
the audio. meanwhile we also heard a new unreleased work by french
artist *emmanuel mieville*, a freely downloadable piece by lithuanian
artist *darius ciuta*, and a 2009 cd release by greek artist *mecha/orga*.

again, we are always looking for material for the show, whether raw
field recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction
submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of
our guest curated /*framework:afield*/ series. send proposals or
material, released or not, on any format, to the address below. if you
have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
