/*framework*/ - phonography / field recording; contextual and
decontextualized sound activity
presented by patrick mcginley

we've always been a sucker for those little 3-inch cds, and this week we
heard a pile of them, all from the french cdr label *taalem*. some
familiar names (*jgrzinich*, *spiracle*, *emmanuel mieville*, *christian
renou* - aka *brume*) and several new ones (at least to me - *yui
ondera*, *goose*, *hum*) weaved together in what become quite a thick
tapestry for a chilly autumn.

and, my occasional plea: intros, people! i need intros!

again, we are always looking for material for the show, whether raw
field recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction
submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of
our guest curated series. send proposals or material, released or not,
on any format, to the address below. if you have any questions, please
don't hesitate to get in touch!
