"the gift (locked grooves #1") is a sound and light architectural
installation. It is conceived specifically for the kitchen of the exhibition
space, using its connective architectural structure. Sound and light are
restrained and contained from within the existing elements - lockers, doors,
chimney, sink, passageways - to emphasize and transform the properties of
space and achieve achieve a radically new spatial perception.
