Canadian electronic music pioneer Neil Wiernik, aka NAW has been producing 
music since 1988. He's releasing his second full-length album this year, and 
it's not even April yet! City Saturate, on Noise Factory Records is warm, 
atmosperic and cinematic. It evokes images of express trains running underwater 
and power lines freed from the constraints of gravity. TOI Bar's intimate 
environment is a perfect place to showcase NAW's live performance, which will 
be more concious of the dance floor than the release itself. Arrive early for

Eric Downer and Noah Pred will pitch things up and keep you stuck
