this edition of framework:afield was produced in bangalore, india, by keith de mendonca.  keith recently relocated there, and in this edition he takes us on a tour of his newly discovered local sound environment, from the street merchants to the particular traffic and weather noises, to the buzzing of emergency power generators during the frequent power cuts. for more information on keith's activites see http://www.dismbody.demon.co.uk.
