[Microsound-announce] Call for Submissions: Signal and Noise 2007

Signal and Noise is the biggest festival of its kind in Vancouver,
featuring a broad array of sound, video, and live performance and
installation from all over the world. The call for works for the 2007
festival is out now. The deadline is November 3rd 2006.
