Radio_Copernicus at Warsaw_Autumn 2005

After the prelude in Stralsund Radio_Copernicus - the German-Polish 
Artist Radio – is broadcasting for another month in co-operation with 
Warsaw Autumn 2005, the 48th International Festival of Contemporary Music:

With its ambitious programme Radio_Copernicus creates a broad discourse 
and context regarding Warsaw Autumn 2005 - to focus on innovative 
mediaconcepts and art and culture of the electronic age.
Besides regular reports and discussions on Warsaw Autumn the broadcast 
of Radio_Copernicus‘ commissioned works is a highlight of the programme: 
six up-and-coming artists are invited for the world premiere of their 
productions - Duo Merzouga, Anne Koenig, Michal Jacaszek, Emiter/Aszyn, 
Group Twożywo, Underwater Agents.
Almost daily from 10 pm to midnight Radio_Copernicus’ broadcast-studio 
in Warsaw will be committed completely to the artists and their visions 
of radio as an „Open Studio“.

Radio_Copernicus at Warschauer_Herbst 2005

Nach dem Auftakt in Stralsund sendet Radio_Copernicus - das 
deutsch-polnische Kuenstlerradio - fuer einen weiteren Monat in 
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Warschauer Herbst 2005, dem internationalen 
Festival fuer zeitgenoessische Musik:

Radio_Copernicus schafft mit seinem anspruchsvollen Programm einen 
breiten Diskurs und Kontext in Bezug auf den Warschauer Herbst 2005 – 
mit Fokus auf innovative Medienauffassungen und die Kunst und Kultur des 
elektronischen Zeitalters.
Neben regelmaeßigen Berichten und Gespraechen ueber den Warschauer 
Herbst stellt auch in Warschau die Ausstrahlung der Auftragsproduktionen 
von Radio_Copernicus einen Programmhoehepunkt dar. Sechs neue Kuenstler 
sind eingeladen, ihre Produktionen uraufzufuehren: Duo Merzouga, Anne 
Koenig, Michal Jacaszek, Emiter/Aszyn, Gruppe Twożywo, Underwater Agents.
Fuer die kommende Sendestaffel wird das Warschauer Sendestudio fast 
taeglich von 22 Uhr bis Mitternacht als „Open Studio“ vollkommen den 
Kuenstlern und ihren Vorstellungen von Radio ueberlassen.
