In this case the synthesizer outputs some human phones. </div><div><br></div><div>Also I added a bit of reverb to each pixel since the chorus effect is amplified and more lively (human like).</div><div><br></div><div>The output is in stereo.</div><div><br></div><div>Octaves mapping of frequencies alter the sonification of the image. </div><div><br></div><div>If your curves can parametrize along x-axis or y-axis e.g. y(x) = f(x) then this method gives you the same as trekking along the white curves in the photo.
