as a long time list admin for other lists I can tell you the only way to avoid that aggravation is to shut down the entire list.<div>its less time consuming then policing the list for rule offenders.. <br><div><br></div><div>

Hey Kim -- what about simply un-subbing folks who break this rule (maybe once, twice, yer out...) with a note explaining the problem... I chuckle sometimes with your monthly reminder, but wonder if there is another way of weeding out folks who don't follow the conventions, a way that has the result in a lower aggravation-index for you. ;-))<br>
