[microsound] lost mp3s?

hello brad, and others who choose and not choose to be on the list,

i ran into the same problem with a very old cd...I was able to get it to at
least copy on an older windows laptop. i believe it has something to do
with the bit rate of earlier burners/players. You might also try using an
older external cd drive. Some newer drives are quirky as to what they will
play...I have had trouble playing the +R or -R CDs with some players as
well. If you are like me, the cd is probably in a case and hasn't been
played much over the years, so it isn't a matter if it being scratched.
