[microsound] Work on sorting out upload issues still ongoing

No need to worry. The list can continue to be hosted at my expense. Last
time I looked, the project and repository were working fine and all issues
with upload limits were sorted out in due course (a few weeks after they
were originally reported, can't recall exactly, it was 5 years ago!).

All that said, if you have any better suggestions for hosting media files,
I'm all for it, though we might lose the cool dynamic styling we have now
(and programmed by yours truly) for project artwork.

I think we're just lacking new projects; all else is in place.
