[microsound] asynchronous looping

Hi Ben,

Yes, I should have said that I want this for live work. I actually just 
googled up the Boomerang II, and it looks like it might be really good 
(I don't care about saving the loops either, prefer to just record the 
performance). Thanks for confirming that I probably found the right 
thing -- and if I hadn't, you would have led me to it!
