Experimental metal/doom/kraut-rockers, Circle, has made some great records,
including a very eerie and ambient like double-album called 'Miljard'.
Also the sideproject R?tt? Ja Lehtisalo is definitely worth checking out.
Jussi Lehtisalo runs the label EKTRO Records. In fact you might find a lot

This Project is organized by our whole city "ulm". they?re doing a event called "Kulturfr?hlung" (translated as culture spring..  all available organisations in culture will give theyr best to support this in theyr own way.. so we?re a independent radio station... we do a show called "schlecktronik" and  we would present finnsih artists and theyr music on our two hour show..

is that enough ?

You could also try Jaakko Savolainen, a free improviser from Espoo, Finland. He has been organizing events in the local pub, Davisto, for sometime. A true renegeade. He has recently released two albums on the Turkish netlabel Re:konstrukt (www.rekonstrukt.com). His partners in crime are Lasse Kaikkonen on homemade instruments, electronics and Jaakko K?m?r?inen on double bass.
