(May 9th 2011 at midnight). Gone are the days of keeping it quiet in Praveen's living room and in are the days of 2am bass bins blasting! In contrast to past late night PLab DJ sets I have spun, I will be performing live as Isomer Transition, the space captain from the future who guides sonic journeys through inner and outer space.

<br />These sets are entirely improv, which is why no two sets sound the same. The computer is played as an instrument, and is an aid in conducting a virtual robotic orchestra, guided to create electronic dance music. Robert Henke has written some good articles that try to put into words what is happening during a modern computer aided live performance.
