welcome to the first new edition of framework
since our summer holidays! we're pleased to be back
making new programs now after a much needed break, and
we also have some exciting news:

first, the new framework website is now finished and
live online! there are many improvements over the
old one; you can now search playlists, navigate through
the archives much more easily, and most importantly, you
can now listen to many of our past shows anytime! so
far we've managed to upload all our shows since the
beginning of 2009 (along with their playlists) and over
the coming months we hope to be uploading our entire
8-year back catalog! this is a big job, so bear with
us...

also, we are very pleased to announce that we will
soon have our first stateside fm broadcast! our
friends (and fellow radio members) at free103.9fm
in new york city are launching a new community radio
station in in greene and columbia counties. wgxc
is scheduled to begin broadcasting at the end of
september, and we are honored to be among the shows they

meanwhile, we dug back into our ever growing pile of

handful of new names (at least for us: steven brown,
