</b>our first good ol' standard show since - let's see - september,
2009! our <b><i>framework250</i></b> celebrations have finally come
to an end, and we're quite pleased to finally be delving into the
ever-growing pile of submissions that have been waiting so patiently in
the corner while we not-very-subtley celebrated our landmark 250th show
for, well, something like 15 shows. but there you go, we never were
one for understatement. and some real gems this time around - for one,
the absolutely stunning <i><b>catastrophe point #5</b></i> (with
trumpets!) from <b>lethe</b> and the ever-brilliant <b>intransitive
records</b> from my own dear hometown of boston. i've been a fan of
lethe's abandoned warehouse recordings in the <i>catastrophe point </i>series
since the beginning, but this one has definitely taken the biscuit.
also some very lovely shimmering drones from <b>jamie drouin</b> and <b>yann
novak</b>, and some texture and crunch from <b>thomas tilly</b> (aka <b>tô</b>)
and <b>morfrom</b>.<br>

ah, but! you have not yet heard the phrase <i><b>framework250</b></i>
for the last time! because now that the celebrations are over, the
souvenirs can begin! <br>

<big><big><b>the <i>framework250</i> celebratory compilations are now
finished and ready to ship! </b> </big></big>man, were they a lot of
work, and man, do we think they look and sound great. 42 artists
bringing you 40 exclusive works on your choice of 2 double-disc
editions (so that's 4 discs in all), featuring all the <i><b>framework</b></i>
regulars and favorites (j<b>eph jerman, chris watson, tarab, giancarlo
toniutti, jim haynes, toshiya tsunoda, peter cusack, steve roden, phill
niblock</b>, and many, many more...) in hand-cut, hand-folded,
hand-silk-screened opaque origami sleeves, with inlay cards printed on
100% recycled estonian-made paper from the rapina village paper
factory, about 20km from me here in mooste, with sounds slow-burnt onto
the highest quality taiyo yuden cdrs, and hand-stamped with custom made
rubber stamps. whew. what's more, the donation you make to get
