some great recordings this week, from a collection of untreated
recordings of uk fence explorations (<b>ted versicolor</b>) to
manipulations of old wax cylinder recordings (<b>gregory </b></font><font
face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"><b> büttner</b>) and heavily
treated commercial field recordings (<b>colin andrew sheffield</b>).
we also heard some collage work by <b>robert schwarz</b> and some
found moments by <b>joe stevens</b>. all this preceded by a <i>framework</i>
introduction translated into catalan by <b>tonina matamalas</b> in
barcelona.</font><br>
