a look at a label new to us here at <i>framework</i> this week:
france's </font></font><font size="-1"><font face="Arial"><b>fissür</b>
label, first conceived to release the (excellent) works of it's
founder, </font></font><font size="-1"><font face="Arial"><b>tô</b> (<b>thomas
tilly</b>), and now branching out for the first time as well with a
disc by long-time framework favorite <b>jeph jerman</b>. we also
heard a few recent releases from <b>heribert friedl</b>'s <b>nonvisual
objects</b> label (including <b>tomas phillips</b>' reworking of,
ahem, 'field recordings' - there, that justified playing that one - of
everyone's favorite old dc hardcore album by <b>rites of spring</b>.
remember them?), a very limited vinyl only release by <b>moljebka pvlse</b>'s
<b>mathias josefson</b>, and a series of unreleased recordings from the
everglades national park in florida by <b>joshua manchester</b> (who,
despite my feeble brain's repeated attempts to convince me otherwise,
is not from manchester, england or rhode island). this all began with
a <i>framework</i> introduction recorded for us in a snowstorm in
tartu, estonia, by <b>laura paju</b> and <b>sven vabar</b> (lots of
writings on sven's website - but only if you read estonian, i'm afraid).</font></font><br>

again, we are always looking for material for the show, whether raw
field recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction
submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of
our guest curated series. send proposals or material, released or not,
