presented by patrick mcginley<br>

this week's edition features recent sounds by <b>richard garet</b>, <b>rinus
van alebeek</b>, and <b>john wynne</b>, and old track from <b>toy.bizarre</b>,
recently released by <b>kokeshidisk</b>, a raw field recording from <b>tom
hall</b> in australia, and an intro recorded for us in the u.s. by <b>steve
burnett</b>. all this was strung together with several extracts (or
rather, the entire piece, but divided into several pieces) of a live
recording from this year's '<i><b>das kleine field recording festival</b></i>'
by <b>yehlin lee</b>, otherwise known as <b>TSU</b>, or the <b>taipei
sound unit</b>. lee has been in europe for awhile, and i've run into
his on a few different occasions in a few different countries, and had
the pleasure of hearing this live performance at rinus' (also featured
in this show - six degrees of what?) festival, where i was also
performing, this past august - there are some beautiful and very
evocative recordings in this mix, all made in taiwan, and the piece is
available for free download from lee's site: <b><a

editions of <b><i>framework:afield</i></b>, our series of

of radio art - if you're interested in making a proposition get in
touch and i'll send you the details!<br>

again, we are always looking for material for the show, whether raw
field recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction
submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of
our guest curated series. send proposals or material, released or not,
on any format, to the address below. if you have any questions, please
don't hesitate to get in touch!<br>
