This evening includes the world premiere of Spectral Variations Nos. 1 to 3. (2006), realised for Disklavier by Maher, a friend and former assistant of Tenney.<BR>

Also included is the extended version of Tenney`s Spectral CANON for CONLON Nancarrow (Extended by Clarence Barlow in 1990). The first version of this piece was cut for player piano by Conlon Nancarrow himself.<BR>

The evening includes a spoken introduction and discussion between Ciarán Maher and Clarence Barlow.<BR>
