<P align=left>NVO 005 is a release of sound artist Richard Chartier (USA) that
marks a new step within his work. His digital minimalist</P>
<P align=left>work explores the inter-relationships between the spatial nature
of sound, focus, and the act of listening.</P></FONT><I><FONT
