Radio_Copernicus is a German-Polish artist radio,
which opens the medium radio for any artistic work,
as long as it understands
radio as an aesthetic and creative activity. The artist radio thinks of
itself
as an
ndependent and transnational experiment focussing on artistic and
cultural innovations within the range
of electronic media and digital culture.
What is happening to radio, if artists get hold of it?
Radio_Copernicus tries to answer this question in
various ways and thereby avails itself of music, spoken
word, radio play and
acoustic media art.
