(GrDl 123/13) Field Recordings 15 Tracks (66:49) MP3/FLAC http://www.gruenrekorder.de/?page_id=9560 The recordings in this collection span several years and several countries. They are essentially documents of my travels as a tourist with a microphone. Each soundscape was recorded in a sacred place, or captures the sound of a sacred ritual. This notion of sacred sounds was the initial thematic concept for the collection. However, while selecting and preparing the material I became more aware of the secular sounds that are present alongside the religious sounds I originally set out to record ? the profane. These commonplace, usually quieter sounds have a powerful ability to frame, contextualise and ground the listener, drawing one back from the spiritual and abstract, to the concrete. What is also interesting for me, as a non-religious visitor / listener / observer, is how one feels as an outsider, sometimes literally confined to the outside of the temple. In this scenario, I am uninitiated in the mysteries and rites of the religion, but yet participate in my own tourist rituals of visiting these ?important religious sites of interest?, and documenting them with numerous photographs or sound recordings. I am required to partake in rituals such as ?remove your shoes and place them in the plastic carrier bag provided? to carry with me whilst visiting mosques in Istanbul. I exchange my Thai Baht for 108 satang to make offerings to the reclining Buddha in Wat Pho. I find myself asking to what extent do these acts really demonstrate reverence? Is there some irreverence in the manner that one ?collects? religious sites? Religious sites and activities have historically been one of the most prominent contributors to the soundscapes of human habitation, and in a world that grows increasingly noisy these sounds often still prevail; though their reach may be somewhat limited or require amplification. Ironically, it is within the architecture of these same sites that one may seek relative silence, or certainly a hushed sanctuary when the tourists have subsided. And so this duality of the sacred and the profane, of prominent punctuation and muted quietude, inside and outside, came to influence my process of deciding what sounds to include in this collection and where, within each recording, to make the cut. Final guest lecture for the year with Terri Hron. March 6. Message-ID: Hello! I pleased to announce that this upcoming Wednesday, March 6, CESSA will be presenting its fourth, and final lecture of the year, with Terri Hron on "Playing with technology: Collaborative games in the creation of the mixed electroacoustic music of Bird on a Wire". In this lecture, performer Terri Hron will discuss and play excerpts of the pieces from her album Bird on a Wire - Flocking Patterns, presented in 5.1. Recorder player and composer Terri Hron comfortably migrates from performance to composition, exploring acoustic and electronic sounds in both written and improvised situations. As a performer, Bird on a Wire is Terri's ongoing project to commission, perform and record new pieces for recorder and electronics. The first album was released in 2009 and the second, Flocking Patterns, was premiered and recorded in 5.1 surround in 2011. Terri's compositions span the range from chamber orchestra to acousmatic pieces. Her current projects include Sharp Splinter, a cycle for instruments and electronics based on her family archive, and a new work for Spiritus Chamber Choir, Calgary. Her own experience as a performer and her interest in working on individuality has led Terri to research creative collaboration between composers and performers, especially within settings involving technology. Terri is the recipient of numerous scholarships, prizes and residencies, including: the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, le Conseil des Arts et des Lettres du Qu?bec, the Banff Centre, the Canada Council for the Arts, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Music and Media Technologies, the Atlantic Center for the Arts and the Alberta Foundation for the Arts. The event is free to attend, and open to students and faculty from all departments, and to the public. The lecture begins at 5pm. Please do not be late. There will be refreshments in the music lounge following the lecture. Location: Concordia University. Much of this practice is performative in nature; ether originating from a performance background and using the internet as a new site and/or augmenting aspect of that practice or is a form of practice developed as direct response to the internet and becomes performative to some degree in its spectatorship. It has been well established that the internet is not the first or only example of the use of a networked technology repurposed for creative practice. There is a clear time line that can be traced back through the practice of Roy Ascott and his coining of the term Telematic Art in the 1980's to artist's use of satellite networks, telephone and other telecommunication devices as each were invented. Seen in this respect the internet can be considered as one of many networked technologies that has enabled networked performance. The internet is unique however in that it is not a singular network type that favours a particular form of media, broadcast or spectatorship. Most famously known as the network of networks it enables multiple protocols of which the world wide web's http is just one, is multimedia in nature and encourages intertextual folding and layering of media, is multi-directional not simply a broadcast communication form, de-centralised in ownership and the majority of its technologies are openly accessible. Remote Encounters, a two-day international conference with performance evening, aims to explore the use of networks as a means to enhance or create a wide variety of performance arts. How do networks as a site for performance provide opportunities for us as artists and performers? In particular how can we remotely collaborate, merge geographically separate places and times, reconfigure the space of performance and the relationship between artist and audience? :: Keynotes/Key performers :: Elif Ayiter - Sabanci University and Editor of Metaverse Creativity (http://www.intellectbooks.co.uk/journals/view-journal,id=179/ ) Marc Garrett - Furtherfield (http://www.furtherfield.org/) Annie Abrahams - Artist (http://bram.org/) Also including: Alan Sondheim and Sandy Baldwin, Patrick Lichty, Bibbe Hansen and Second Front, Paula Crutchlow and Helen Varley Jamieson, Prof. Dr. Stahl Stenslie, Tony Olsson, Andreas G?ransson and David Cuartielles, Sander Veenhof, Heidi Saarinen and Ian Willcock, Katherine Jewkes, Elizabeth Leister, Cassandra Tytler, Ximena Alarc?n, Ivani Santana, Beatriz Albuquerque, Kate Genevieve, Giulia Ranzini, Christina Papagiannouli, Giovanni Boccia Artieri, Laura Gemini and Federica Timeto, Erik Geelhoed, Phil Durrant, Tina Mariane Krogh Madsen. Link: http://rwm.macba.cat/en/sonia/gerald_raunig/capsula Gerald Raunig is a philosopher and art theorist who lives in Vienna. Drawing on and extending the theories of Foucault, Hardt, Negri, Adorno, Deleuze and Guattari amongst others, his work addresses the history of revolutionary and resistance movements and the role of art and artists in social struggles or, as he puts it, 'the concatenation of art and revolution' over the last two centuries. Raunig's analysis of machinic capitalism and the link between art and activism, provides a thought-provoking framework for recent examples of what he calls Molecular Strike: from Tahrir Square in Cairo to the 15M civic taskforces in Spain and other post-credit-crunch uprisings, where radical inclusion, the reappropriation of space and time, and the absence of the subject, turned out to be key underlying elements of this globalised movement. For many people, this question is difficult to answer as the sounds one associates with living in a city are often not pleasant. It is hard to think of a sound one likes, let alone a favorite sound. Most people in cities try their best to shut out as many sounds as possible. "The "acoustics of social space" (in the sense that the French philosopher and sociologist Henri Lefebvre defined social space) is what I refer to as the process by which people relate to their environment through sound -- both in a physical and psychological sense, as well as in the context of the way sound delineates one's place in the social structures of a city. The answers to this question not only reflect how people think and feel about their environment but take me on a search through the city in search of the "favorite sounds." Each interview is recorded in the person's native language and then the sounds are found -- in some cases not -- and also recorded. On my way looking for these sounds I learn about the cities through the interviewees' ears, their voices guiding me through huge urban areas and honing me in on private places. On the way to these places I stumble across others, which may become my favorite sounds or which disclose to me the inner workings of a city, observing its people and places and the ways sound reveals or obscures the social space of a city. "From June to October 2012 I was living in Kyoto with my family as a fellow of the US-Japan Creative Artists Program. I was interested in juxtaposing Tokyo and Kyoto through sound, as these two cities seemed to lie at the most extreme poles of modern Japanese urban culture. Kyoto is still very traditional in many ways. Not only are there numerous temples and shrines, but traditional Japanese residential houses pre-dating World War II can still be seen. Kyoto is also widely considered to be one of Japan's most "liveable" cities, due to its relatively small size (in comparison to much larger cities like Osaka and Tokyo), its grid work layout (which makes it easy to navigate the city on foot) and the propensity of nature very nearby (surrounded by hills with a river running right through the center of the city). Tokyo, on the other hand, has almost none of these qualities (though, of course, it has others) and can be overwhelming at certain times of the day in certain areas of the city due to the sheer mass of humanity circulating there. Tokyo would be the classic example of the "no favorite sound" city. A place where the Walkman was conceived, perhaps more as a tool for survival than entertainment. I was therefore very curious to hear how residents of each of these cities related to the sound they moved through each day. "In each city I interviewed eight people. In Tokyo, five of the interviewees named what one could designate as "noise" (in the sense of a sound that is widely considered by most people to be irritating) as their favorite sound: this included traffic, rush-hour subway stations and crowded city streets. In Kyoto, on the other hand, these sounds came less to the fore. I was surprised to discover that the Kyoto residents often referred to the sound of a human voice: a Buddhist priest chanting, a recording of a Buddhist priest giving a lecture in a temple, the sound of one's mother speaking (as an example of the sound of a Kyoto dialect which is slowly vanishing), a young woman working at the cash register in a convenience store shouting out "thank you!" In Tokyo many of the sounds people chose came closer to sound environments, rather than single sounds. This represented for me the density of Tokyo's sonic topographies: the idea of a single sound is almost absurd, it is very difficult to experience this, even late at night or very early in the morning. Kyoto, with far fewer residents and nothing of the density of Tokyo, makes it possible to hear singular sounds. And this reflected the Kyoto residents' answers. "In addition to these favorite sounds revealing hitherto unrevealed layers of a city's inner-workings, I feel too that the sound of the interviewees' voices also divulge a sense of the city in which they live. I provide no translations for the interviews. Not only is it interesting to surmise, based on the recorded sound coupled with the voice, what the interviewee is answering but I feel that the voices are also sounds of the cities themselves, carrying with them a quality inseparable from the people these voices belong to, as these people are inseparable from the cities in which they live." - Jason Kahn, 2013 People interviewed in 'Unheard Kyoto' (in order of appearance): Takuji Naka Masashi Egashira Fujiwara Hide Itsuko Naka Dai Yamane Okuno Osamu Rumi Tomoda Mikuko Nakamura again, we are always looking for new material, whether raw field recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of our guest curated framework:afield series. send proposals or material, released or not, on any format, to the address at the bottom of this mail. if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch! ------------------------- framework intro submissions: 1) take yourself and an audio recorder to a location of your choice 2) record for AT LEAST 1 minute before you - 3) read aloud the following text (in english or translated): welcome to framework. framework is a show consecrated to field-recording, and its use in composition. field-recording, phonography, the art of sound hunting; open your ears and listen! 4) continue recording for AT LEAST 2 minutes after the text 5) post the recording to us on any format, or send us an mp3 ??????????????????????????????? -- ????????????????????????????????????????????? framework ????????????????????????????????????????????? :: http://www.frameworkradio.net :: info at frameworkradio.net :: :: http://www.facebook.com/frameworkradio :: http://www.mixcloud.com/framework_radio :: http://www.frameworkradio.net/podcast :: http://www.frameworkradio.net/donate ????????????????????????????????????????????? :: tartu mnt 41 :: 63710 ahja :: p?lvamaa :: estonia ????????????????????????????????????????????? mailing list: http://eepurl.com/lQBOT From dominickallen2 at yahoo.co.uk Tue Mar 12 06:34:44 2013 From: dominickallen2 at yahoo.co.uk (dominick allen) Date: Tue, 12 Mar 2013 10:34:44 +0000 (GMT) Subject: [microsound-announce] message Message-ID: <1363084484.9629.YahooMailNeo@web171302.mail.ir2.yahoo.com> http://www.schmincke-pr.com/quz/pb.csoc , ___ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... We are interested in a collective creation of DIY artifacts that produce noise as a tool of re-signification of our relationship with technology. Video documentation and details at http://marcodonnarumma.com/works/nigredo/ "Nigredo is a private 8 minutes artwork to be experienced by one visitor at a time. Drawing from studies in analytical psychology, human sensory systems, and biotechnologies, the piece offers an intimate and uncanny experience of one?s internal self. Namely, the work investigates how perceptual deprivation can affect alterity, or otherness, that is the aware distinction between self and not-self. The work uses ad hoc biophysical methods and wearable bioacoustic technology to stimulate a continuous sensorial feedback within the visitor?s own body. In a small, blacked out room a visitor sits alone facing a mirror, and wired to on-body sensors. The low frequency sound pulses of heart, muscular and vein tissues produced by the visitor?s body are captured, augmented, and fed back to the subject?s sensory system as new auditive, visual, and physical stimuli. Intense surround sound, pulsating lights, and mechanical vibrations are diffused through the subject's ears, eyes, bones, and skull... The combined skeletal resonance, sound stimuli, and light pulse produce a constant and intense stimulation field that alters the movement of the internal organs, and the behaviour of the optical nerves..." thanks for your attention, and feedback are most welcome! best wishes, -- Marco Donnarumma New Media + Sonic Arts Practitioner, Performer, Teacher, Director. A composition in quadraphonic for each room, each consisting of two independent stereo pairs, plus an additional monaural track positioned inside the first room (designed to be inserted inside the trunk tree), all designed to coexist in time. The four variations of multi-channel music, have been designed for an ever-changing sound and for the perception in relation to the visual. Each environment is formed by two pairs of stereo tracks that are loop spread. Each loop has a different length, in each room and then through the gallery, as to obtain a sound which is continuously evolving, never static and repetitive, a sound developed as if it were a single leitmotiv of the place. The transitions between the environments are deliberately open so that you can hear the sound of those where you are not. The whole exhibition is therefore in continuous connection and the soundtrack was composed in order to let the sounds of the 4 rooms co-exist, just as it happens in nature, between randomness and not: a sound cycle in an uninterrupted mutation without knowing when the point of return will be. What especially interests me is to live the scene, the experience. The antithesis is part of the work, in fact the music is composed for a hypothetical continuous change due to the loops that are repeated, even if it is mathematical that the sound cycles will return to the starting point and re-coincide. For this reason the artificial and continuous mutation is only a contradiction. I wanted to re-create spaces which live in the imagination, trying to make them real in all the respects. The music was inspired by Chiara Forti photos. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Budhaditya Chattopadhyay: elegy for Bangalore (Gruen 108/13) Soundscapes 1 Track (55:49) http://www.gruenrekorder.de/?page_id=9517 The sound/video installation-project 'Eye Contact with the City' (recipient of an Honorary Mention at PRIX Ars Electronica 2011) was the outcome of an artists' residency in Bangalore in the autumn of 2010. The primary materials used in the installation were the field recordings made and video footage shot at various locations in Bangalore. Materials also included retrieved audio from old reel-to-reel tapes found at the city's flea markets. The extensive repository of field recordings and other audio materials eventually took the form of this elegiac composition during a subsequent artists' residency at the School of Music, Bangor University, in the summer-autumn of 2011. 2. Mark Lorenz Kysela: Eins + (Gruen 120/13) Sound Art 6 Tracks (70:18) http://gruenrekorder.de/?page_id=9585 Eins + Mark Lorenz Kysela, Saxophones and Clarinet An artist on various saxophones and clarinet. Performs as a soloist, in combination with (live-) electronic or analogue enhancements and tapes. Mark Lorenz Kysela presents six completely different pieces: artistic individual positions focusing on the radical nature of musical language, on shaping and on the soloist. 3. David Rothenberg: Bug Music (Gruen 122/13) Sound Art 16 Tracks (69:00) http://www.gruenrekorder.de/?page_id=9530 There has been rhythm on this planet for millions of years longer than humans have opened their mouths to sing. Long before birds, long before whales, insects have been thrumming, scraping, and drumming complex beats out into the world. David Rothenberg decided to investigate the resounding beats of cicadas, crickets, katydids, leafhoppers and water bugs in his unusual third foray into music made with and out of the animal world. After working with birds and whales, he now tackles the minute complex tunes of the entomological universe, building songs live nad in the studio with cicadas who emerge only once every seventeen years, treehoppers who tap complex vibrations onto plant stalks, and a tiny beetle who makes one of the animal world's loudest sounds by vibrating its penis underwater. or more to get a copy of framework:seasonal!) or commit to a regular monthly contribution (5? or more per month gets you each new issue as they are released!). you can commit to as little as 1? *per month* - think about it. that's practically nothing. but if every regular framework listener would sign up to contribute just 1? per month i would never have to run another fundraiser again. so go to the framework website, make a one-time or regular monthly contribution, whatever you can afford, and show us you care. so this week great tracks from the latest issue by jay-dea lopez, france jobin, and flavien gilli?. also work by luca nasciuti, simon whetham, and fr?d?ric nogray, and an intro recorded by regular framework contributor and supporter joe stevens. again, we are always looking for new material, whether raw field recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of our guest curated framework:afield series. send proposals or material, released or not, on any format, to the address at the bottom of this mail. if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch! ------------------------- (time / artist / track / album / label) 00:00 - 03:51 / joe stevens / framework introduction http://www.51degreesnorth.net/joe 01:41 - 10:44 / simon whetham / a metallic aftertaste / never so alone / cr?nica http://www.simonwhetham.co.uk, http://www.cronicaelectronica.org 04:59 - 12:25 / fr?d?ric nogray / [excerpt 1] / buiti binafin / 3leaves http://www.myspace.com/fredericnogray, http://www.3leaves-label.com 12:26 - 22:00 / jay-dea lopez / catalepsis / framework:seasonal, spring 2013 / framework editions http://soundslikenoise.org, http://www.frameworkradio.net/seasonal 22:04 - 29:42 / luca nasciuti / mirror / vanishing point / somehow recordings http://www.lucanasciuti.com, http://www.somehowrecordings.co.uk 24:10 - 30:51 / simon whetham / shifting / never so alone / cr?nica http://www.simonwhetham.co.uk, http://www.cronicaelectronica.org 30:56 - 39:37 / france jobin / morongo / framework:seasonal, spring 2013 / framework editions http://www.francejobin.com, http://www.frameworkradio.net/seasonal 39:41 - 40:50 / maria papdomanolaki / seattle center around the watersphere / - / - http://www.voicesoundtext.com 40:30 - 46:45 / luca nasciuti / ark / vanishing point / somehow recordings http://www.lucanasciuti.com, http://www.somehowrecordings.co.uk 41:22 - 47:42 / fr?d?ric nogray / [excerpt 2] / buiti binafin / 3leaves http://www.myspace.com/fredericnogray, http://www.3leaves-label.com 47:43 - 54:44 / flavien gilli? This work is a direct sound recording capturing the deep, harmonious vibrations ? aided with a tuning fork and a high sensitive microphone - of Richard Serra?s ?Trip Hammer, 1988.? Two sheets of steel are delicately balanced. One stands upright, 2.6 m high and 1.3 m deep, and balances on an edge 5 cm wide. The other rests horizontally on this thin edge, with its only other means of support provided by its minimum contact with the wall. Although there are connotations relating to this piece in terms of its physical tension and gravitational force, I am only interested in showing the nature of its sculptural tendencies and questioning sculptural presentation. ?It isn?t necessary for a work to have a lot of things to look at, to compare, analyse one by one, or to contemplate. The thing as a whole, its qualities as a whole, is what is interesting.? (Donald Judd, In Suzi Gablik) This work is the nature of Minimalism, condensed and digitally formatted into an audible mode of presentation. I am not representing Minimalism through sound; I am only providing the sound of Minimalism. This work is therefore, a direct response to Minimalism through using Richard Serra, who is and always was a proclaimed Minimalist. The speakers are switchable they are used to distribute the sounds in the room. The instrument is a combination of piezoelectric contact microphones and piezoelectric speakers placed inside a book. The book is a resonator and a filter. The instrument is based on the feedback between piezo microphones and speakers. In order to play the instrument I press my hands on top of the book, thereby the conditions for the feedback change. I didn?t try to make an electronic device, which is controllable in the same way as a classical acoustic instrument, instead I work with the abstraction of the electronics. In my playing i do not control a technical apparatus, but create an associative field. The sounds have their own live. The playing tries to keep them alive. For many people, this question is difficult to answer as the sounds one associates with living in a city are often not pleasant. It is hard to think of a sound one likes, let alone a favorite sound. Most people in cities try their best to shut out as many sounds as possible. The ?acoustics of social space? (in the sense that the French philosopher and sociologist Henri Lefebvre defined social space) is what I refer to as the process by which people relate to their environment through sound ? both in a physical and psychological sense, as well as in the context of the way sound delineates one?s place in the social structures of a city. The answers to this question not only reflect how people think and feel about their environment but take me on a search through the city in search of the ?favorite sounds.? Each interview is recorded in the person?s native language and then the sounds are found ? in some cases not ? and also recorded. On my way looking for these sounds I learn about the cities through the interviewees? ears, their voices guiding me through huge urban areas and honing me in on private places. On the way to these places I stumble across others, which may become my favorite sounds or which disclose to me the inner workings of a city, observing its people and places and the ways sound reveals or obscures the social space of a city. From June to October 2012 I was living in Kyoto with my family as a fellow of the US-Japan Creative Artists Program. Kyoto is also widely considered to be one of Japan?s most ?liveable? cities, due to its relatively small size (in comparison to much larger cities like Osaka and Tokyo), its grid work layout (which makes it easy to navigate the city on foot) and the propensity of nature very nearby (surrounded by hills with a river running right through the center of the city). Tokyo, on the other hand, has almost none of these qualities (though, of course, it has others) and can be overwhelming at certain times of the day in certain areas of the city due to the sheer mass of humanity circulating there. Tokyo would be the classic example of the ?no favorite sound? city. A place where the Walkman was conceived, perhaps more as a tool for survival than entertainment. I was therefore very curious to hear how residents of each of these cities related to the sound they moved through each day. In each city I interviewed eight people. In Tokyo, five of the interviewees named what one could designate as ?noise? (in the sense of a sound that is widely considered by most people to be irritating) as their favorite sound: this included traffic, rush-hour subway stations and crowded city streets. In Kyoto, on the other hand, these sounds came less to the fore. I was surprised to discover that the Kyoto residents often referred to the sound of a human voice: a Buddhist priest chanting, a recording of a Buddhist priest giving a lecture in a temple, the sound of one?s mother speaking (as an example of the sound of a Kyoto dialect which is slowly vanishing), a young woman working at the cash register in a convenience store shouting out ?thank you!? In Tokyo many of the sounds people chose came closer to sound environments, rather than single sounds. This represented for me the density of Tokyo?s sonic topographies: the idea of a single sound is almost absurd, it is very difficult to experience this, even late at night or very early in the morning. Kyoto, with far fewer residents and nothing of the density of Tokyo, makes it possible to hear singular sounds. And this reflected the Kyoto residents? answers. In addition to these favorite sounds revealing hitherto unrevealed layers of a city?s inner-workings, I feel too that the sound of the interviewees? voices also divulge a sense of the city in which they live. I provide no translations for the interviews. Not only is it interesting to surmise, based on the recorded sound coupled with the voice, what the interviewee is answering but I feel that the voices are also sounds of the cities themselves, carrying with them a quality inseparable from the people these voices belong to, as these people are inseparable from the cities in which they live." - Jason Kahn, 2013 People interviewed for "Unheard Tokyo" (in order of appearance): Asako Oshiro Christopher Blasdel Takefumi Naoshima Sawako Kato Makoto Oshiro Manami Maeda Tetuzi Akiyama Satoshi Kanda again, we are always looking for new material, whether raw field recordings, field recording based composition, or introduction submissions. we are also now accepting proposals for full editions of our guest curated framework:afield series. send proposals or material, released or not, on any format, to the address at the bottom of this mail. if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch! :: tartu mnt 41 :: 63710 ahja :: p?lvamaa :: estonia ????????????????????????????????????????????? mailing list: http://eepurl.com/lQBOT From rwm2008 at gmail.com Mon Mar 25 11:12:34 2013 From: rwm2008 at gmail.com (Radio Web MACBA) Date: Mon, 25 Mar 2013 16:12:34 +0100 Subject: [microsound-announce] New podcast: COMPOSING WITH PROCESS: PERSPECTIVES ON GENERATIVE AND SYSTEMS MUSIC #8.2. Message-ID: Apologies for cross posting. ------------------------------------ Remote Encounters: Connecting bodies, collapsing spaces and temporal ubiquity in networked performance keywords: performance, networked, body, space, place, time, real, virtual URL: http://remote-encounters.tumblr.com/ :: Description :: Since the internet entered the public domain in the early 90's there has been an explosion in artistic interest in its use as a means, site and context for creative practice. :: Keynotes/Key performers :: Elif Ayiter - Sabanci University and Editor of Metaverse Creativity (http://www.intellectbooks.co.uk/journals/view-journal,id=179/ ) Marc Garrett - Furtherfield (http://www.furtherfield.org/) Annie Abrahams - Artist (http://bram.org/) Also including: Alan Sondheim and Sandy Baldwin, Patrick Lichty, Bibbe Hansen and Second Front, Jerome Joy, Paula Crutchlow and Helen Varley Jamieson, Prof. Dr. Stahl Stenslie, Tony Olsson, Andreas G?ransson and David Cuartielles, Sander Veenhof, Heidi Saarinen and Ian Willcock, Elizabeth Leister, Cassandra Tytler, Rea Dennis and Magda Miranda, Ximena Alarc?n, Ivani Santana, Beatriz Albuquerque, Kate Genevieve, Giulia Ranzini, Christina Papagiannouli, Giovanni Boccia Artieri, Laura Gemini and Federica Timeto, Erik Geelhoed, Phil Durrant, Tina Mariane Krogh Madsen.
