Stefan Rummel's 'Articulated Chambers' is a solar cell powered public sound installation, produced for the European sound art network Resonance, that can be seen/heard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Bassin in Maastricht, the Netherlands, until the end of August.
I had a couple of talks with Stefan about the ins and outs of his Articulated Chambers; text up now on the Resonance blog: http://resonancenetwork.wordpress.com/2011/07/21/something-walk-something/
Go have a look at the Bassin, if you happen to pass near Maastricht. It's next to the Timmerfabriek, currently hosting the ‘biggest temporary European art museum’: Out of Storage, cf. http://resonancenetwork.wordpress.com/2011/06/17/stefan-rummel-articulated-chambers-in-maastricht-and-bergen/
