hi

mailman [the software that runs the mailing list] complains when you
send a note to a lot of people, or when you have a bcc.

all this means is that your message just sits in a queue until i get to
it [which is a variable]. so to avoid a dependency on me for your
message, just send your message to one recipient, the list; with no bcc.

otherwise, it will get through when i get to it.

also, for reference; the only reason i reject a message is if it's not
from a subscriber or larger than 40k. those are the rules.
