[Microsound-announce] looking for vlf recordings

dear vlf sound collectors on this list,

i am looking for -any kind of- vlf recordings of yours, especially the ones
you find interesting and/or beautiful and is worth publishing online. i
would like to collect them and publish them as a -free- download at my
cc-licensed netlabel complementary distribution (url:
http://www.bitlabrecords.com/cod)

deadline: the end of july 2008 (can be expanded if needed)
format/info you need to send:
-320k mp3 -at least- (but any lossless format is also welcome), 44.1khz,
stereo (if needed)
-the name, place & date of the recording
-the recorder's full name & brief introduction of him/herself
-a few descriptive sentences on what can be heard (in english), and how it
was recorded
-send your submissions to andras.hargitai at gmail.com

plus:
-send as many pieces as you can!
-if you have something indeed beautiful but only with lower quality, don't
hesitate to send that too, but please if possible keep to the format
mentioned above!
-the whole netlabel of mine is non-profit, the release would be entirely
free, so nobody would get any fees for anything
-if you feel like something more should be added apart from the info
enumarated above or you have a question, don't hesitate to send it via email
or via this group

the free cc-licensed release would come along with a pdf in which the above
mentioned pieces of information would also be published. so people who send
recordings would also get publicity.

my mission is to get more spotlight on vlf sounds which i also find
interesting and beautiful, and to introduce them to people who are not aware
of these audio-beauties at all! please help if you'd like to!
