Please join us for the next installment of the 2005 AC Improvised
Music Series. These performances feature improvised electroacoustic
music in a comfortable, intimate setting, designed to encourage active

_Ernst Karel: Ernst Karel plays trumpet and/or analog modular
electronics and is based in Chicago. Since abandoning classical
trumpet in early adulthood, he has explored ways of expanding the
vocabulary of the trumpet both acoustically and electronically. In
addition to his work as a performer and composer, he is also involved
in creating sound installations and works for radio. (bio: soundfield)

_Eric Leonardson:  Eric Leonardson is an electroacoustic composer,
radio artist, sound designer, instrument inventor and improvisor.
Leonardson's interest in creating new sounds for performance and
studio composition led to the invention of the Springboard, an
electroacoustic percussion instrument made from found objects and
recycled materials. (bio: artist's website)

Ernst and Eric will play solo sets followed by a duet.

Since this is a private residence, you *must* RSVP to attend.
Show starts at 7pm.
