[codecraft] PICAT - Merging Prolog and Python

An interesting language, merging logic programming with procedural programming. One needs to bend one's mind a bit in order to use it, but that's why people sign to this list anyway, right?

Scala (re-)merged OO and functional programming, and generally did well. I wonder if PICAT will see the same success.
